• Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative will promote the Aloha Point-Of-Sales (POS)

• Training Representative

POS Training Representative will implement the Aloha Point-Of-Sales (POS)

About the Position:

  • Consult with restaurateurs and managers on how the system will work
  • Manage client expectations through project management framework(s)
  • Develop the operational and reporting DB to meet their needs
  • Conduct face to face and web based training
  • Set up the system and work with clients in a “live/production” environment
  • Work as part of the support team to provide 24/7 technical & customer support
  • On-line resources available for formal product and industry training
  • On the job training on both the application and basic network trouble shooting

• Technical Support Representative

POS Technical Support Representative will support the Aloha Point-Of-Sales (POS)

About the Position:

  • Serve as customer advocate
  • Respond and record cases in a timely and professional manor
  • Troubleshoot, research and repair computer networks
  • Take ownership of cases (inception to completion) insuring client satisfaction
  • Learn new products and diagnostic tools and share knowledge with team
  • On-line resources available for formal product and industry training
  • On the job training on both the application and basic network trouble shooting

Experience Education Skills

  • 2 year Associate or technical degree or equivalent education experience required
  • 4 year Bachelors of Science or equivalent education experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Basic understanding or networking terminology
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate ownership of project / task
  • Demonstrate ability to solve a wide range of problems with a diverse scope and moderate complexity
  • Schedule varies depending on team, 24/7 accessibility for urgent client issues
  • Must be able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
